As a healing intuitive, I give my clients individualized programs to help them heal their bodies, minds, emotions, and spirits. My approach to healing allows me to address a wide variety of problems or concerns, ranging from specific illnesses (fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue) to vague or non-specific complaints (low energy, food sensitivities). I also provide supportive therapies to help strengthen immune systems and overall health for people undergoing cancer treatment or facing menopause.
I use my intuition and many therapeutic modalities to listen to my clients’ bodies and see what is needed to help the healing process. The personalized plans I create might include nutritional guidance, supplements, various bodywork modalities, energy work, flower essences, and more. Each plan is created specifically for the individual. Then I help my clients follow their programs, progressing to ever more vibrant levels of wellness.
I create these individualized programs through a combination of applied kinesiology (muscle testing, specifically Clear Light Therapy), intuitive skill, and my extensive training and experience as a certified Natural Health Consultant. I firmly believe in the wisdom of the body and have developed a relaxed and simple process by which I am able to help translate the body’s signals into a 3 to 5 step plan of prioritized activities which help the client become more in alignment with their own unique biological/spiritual/emotional blueprint.
Our bodies know what they need in order to feel great. They also know how to suggest reasonable changes and modest adjustments. Our bodies don’t ask the impossible of us - all the suggestions will be incorporated into your lifestyle with minimal effort. That’s my skill - listening to your body and turning that dialogue into a manageable program to help you get back on track.
