We are what we eat. What could be more simple? Are you eating the right food for your body?

If you feel tired, bloated, achy or hungry all the time, you're not.

I use applied kinesiology (muscle testing) to determine what foods your body wants to eat in order to have optimum health. I also determine whether you have any food sensitivities or intolerances, and whether you need additional supplementation to support your body. I will devise a personalized food plan for you, listing the types of foods you need to eat at different times throughout the day in order to keep your energy up and your body and mind functioning optimally.

This food plan will be one that will easily fit into your life style. Remember that your body is loving and tolerant of your food cravings and busy life - it will request a food plan that you will feel good committing to.

As we age, our nutritional needs change. I recommend re-checking your food plan every 3 - 5 years, or whenever you go through a transition.
